罗汉拳是少林拳的代表套路，共分十八路罗汉拳，每路风格不同，是模仿少林寺中十八个罗汉的不同性格和特点形成。一路罗汉拳是模仿脾气暴烈性格急躁的罗汉，二路罗汉拳是模仿性格阴柔而奸诈的罗汉。拳路忽快忽慢，真假虚实不实不定，使对方不易防守，以巧制胜。

Arhat(saint) Fist is the leading form in the Shaolin series .This form is divided into eighteen routines , each of which has unique features. Routine One is an imitation of a bad-tempered arhat with an evil mind.Routine Two is an imitation of cunning. It is performed fast one second and slowly the next. Its attacks and feints are so difficult to predict that it is difficult for the enemy to defend himself.
