讲解演示：张力慧，武术五段，一级运动员。 　　剑术套路共分为二段18个动作，其中包括多种剑法，配合基本步型，身法以及平衡，跳跃动作构成套路。练习时要求手、眼、身、法、步与器械高度的协调配合，做到手腕灵活，剑法清楚，“身剑合一”，呈现出轻快敏捷，灵活多变，潇洒飘逸，姿势优美的运动特点。

The whole routine can be divided into 2 segments, consists of 18 forms with many kinds of sword techniques, and combined with the footwork, body form, balance actions and jumping movements. When practicing, the hands, eyes, body, footwork and weapon must be coordinated well, the wrist must be nimble and the sword techniques must be clear. The player and sword should move as a whole, so can show the sword characteristic with natural and elegant feature.
