少林阴阳棍是少林棍法之一。自盘古开天地，日为阳，月为阴，阳为刚，阴为柔，阴阳棍也是刚柔相济，虚实不定，亦刚亦柔，变化在刚柔之中，声东击西，退似却步，疾攻威猛，稳中求胜，是少林棍法中的上乘功夫。常见动作有：刺棍、点棍、劈棍、舞花。

Brief Introduction: Shaolin Yinshou cudgel is one of the Shaolin weapons. Shaolin Wushu is famous for its cudgels and their plays are of great variety. The play of Yinshou cudgel seems very soft but it abruptly becomes hard when meeting with attacks. The softness is actually a feint. Frequently used movements are chop, thrust, upper cut, punch and swing in figure-8 forms.
