Taiyi Huolong Palm belongs to eight-trigram school. Its movements require to lift head upward, loosen shoulder and lower elbow, make Qi umimpeded in the chest and keep waist straight and slip buttocks, contract crotch and hold knees with arms, grasp on floor with ten toes.
