“十三太保”是永春白鹤拳的拳母套路之一，是在七步三战基础上进一步的功法训练套路。该套路结构清晰、攻防并重、手脚灵活。主要练习左右侧闪摇法、进退转身攻防和弹抖发劲，更兼有微风拔树、青龙出水、虾蛄掷脚等跌法、弹法的练习。该套路动静有法、起伏有序、 气力相兼、刚柔相济，给人既灵巧又雄浑的感受。

Shi San Tai Bai is one of the mother boxing in Yongchun Bai He Quan. On the base of Qi Bu San Zhan, it is an advanced training routine. This routine is in focus and strict, with both attack and defence, agile hand forms and footworks. Mainly practice to dodge and sway to the left and the right, advance and retreat, turn around to attack and defend, and snap to exert the strength. There are some techniques practice, such as, The Trees Swaying In The Wind, Palm Civet Washing The Face, White Crane Showing The Claws. This routine is dynamic but static, ups and downs, with Qi and strength, solidness and softness, it feels agile but vigorous.
